HOW LONG WILL THE WORK TAKES? (RENOVATION)

Usually it will takes about 2 - 7 Working Days for BTO / HDB / Condominiums.

But no worries, we will give a work schedule upon request before starting of the work!

 

WARRANTY?

Yes 3 years, terms & condition applies.

 

WHEN CAN WE START WORK UPON CONFIRMING THE QUOTE?

Depending on our work schedule, usually a 1 week in advance confirmation would be the best for us.

 

WILL THE COMPLETED CEILING WORK DROP/FALL OVER TIME?

No, if the ceiling is installed according to its warranty and not damaged by the others.

(Etc - Cutting of ceiling framing / Water Leakage)

 

IS THE WORKS GOING TO BE DUSTY?

Yes. During the Ceiling/Drywall installation, we will require to cut our boards.

We can minimize the dust level for owners who still staying in the flat, by doing the cutting works outside of the house.

Otherwise most owners will renovate the place first before moving in which will not affect their daily life.

 

WHAT'S THE PAYMENT TERM?

We will require a deposit upon confirmation and we take cash / cheque payment currently only.

Yes, there will be 7% GST charges as we are GST-Registered company.
